1. Applicants must complete their doctoral or post-doctoral training in a relevant scientific field by spring 2027. The fellowship begins in the first week of July 2027. Post-doctoral experience is preferred but not required, and applicants from institutions other than the University of Maryland are welcome to apply.
 

2. Applicants must be eligible to work in the USA and be willing to relocate/be on-site in the Gaithersburg, MD o1ice. No visa sponsorship is available.
 

3. Applicant has demonstrated strong interest in clinical research and has conducted research in relevant scientific fields such as oncology (preferred), biology/chemistry, toxicology, or pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics.
 

4. Applicant demonstrates leadership skills as well as su1icient communication (written and oral) skills as per prior curriculum requirements or presentation of prior research.
