Dear Applicant,

 

Thank you for your interest in the AstraZeneca-University of Maryland Medical Affairs Fellowship.  As a component of the fellowship application process, all students will be evaluated by the Executive Committee composed of AstraZeneca and University of Maryland School of Pharmacy staff, and are required to meet the stated requirements.  

 

Applicants are required to complete this form by Saturday, October 31, 2026

Upload two (2) professional letters of recommendation.  If your letters of recommendation are not ready for submission, please email them to Rebeca Mora Matus, MD (rebeca.mora@astrazeneca.com no later than Monday, November 23, 2026
